This 1980s Valentino Boutique collared blouse was made in Italy of pleated green silk jacquard. The elastic waistband cinches the waist beneath the voluminous top half of the top. There are 5.25" long cuffs that are meant to be worn folded up and secured with cufflinks (the cufflinks in the photos aren't included.) It fastens in the front with six buttons. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
