This 1980s Wayne Clark Studio evening dress was made in Canada of black polyester chiffon that feels similar to silk with a koi fish print. The body is comprised of three layers of chiffon, and the top has a draped cape-like overlay. Features include sheer sleeves, ties at the back of the neck, and large (easily-removable) shoulder pads. It slips over the wearer's head, with an elastic waistband. The dress is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
