This 1990s Moschino "Cheap and Chic" top was made in Italy of black wool jersey knit and black velvet ribbon trim with bows. It's worn off the shoulder, with 3/4 length sleeves. It pulls over the wearer's head. There have been a few discreet repairs made to the knit but it's overall in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
