This Moschino handkerchief hem skirt was made in the 2000s for their "Cheap and Chic" line. The white pure silk chiffon features a fish novelty print throughout. The fabric is semi-sheer, even though the top is lined in rayon. The left side fastens with a concealed YKK zipper. It was made in Italy and remains in excellent condition. Professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
