Maskit
1960s Embroidered Burgundy Heavy-Weight Cotton Caftan
Sold Out
This 1960s caftan is by Israeli designer, Maskit. Maskit was founded in 1954 as Israel's first fashion house. They went on to collaborate with Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, and Givenchy during the 1960s. This piece was made in Israel of unlined heavy-weight cotton, featuring floral hand embroidery on the front and wide sleeves. It has a zipper up the back. There is a large mark on the left side of the dress and on the bust that appear to be an oil stain. However, it is very discreet and could easily go unnoticed. Still, we have adjusted the price to reflect it. It is clean and ready to wear.
