This 1992 Donna Karan adjustable waist belt was photographed on the designer herself that year at The Met. It was made in Italy from black leather with a gold metal studded buckle and three detachable gold metal chains in the front. It measures 1 7/8" in width and fits a 24.5"-36" waist. It's in very good condition with only some minor patina to the buckle.
