A cream 1970’s Valentino boutique loose weave wool blouse and skirt set, with balloon sleeves and a peter pan collar with attached string to tie a bow. Unlined, the non-itchy wool remains very breathable. The waist features an elastic band, fitting it snugly to the body, where the waist of the skirt overlaps. The blouse closes up with 6 plastic buttons up the front and one on each sleeve cuff. With slightly ruched shoulders and two breast pockets. The voluminous high waisted skirt features belt loops and pockets on each side, falling just below the knee with several inches quilted from the bottom seam upwards. Fully lined, enclosing with a back metal zipper and two metal clasps at the waist.
