1980s Couture Rose Print Full Skirt Cocktail Dress

This rose print cocktail dress dates from the late 1980s to early 1990s. It is unlabeled, but clearly a high-quality piece, and likely true couture. The top is fully lined in silk and the pleated skirt’s fabric is stiff enough to hold its shape. It has a silk flower attached on the waist and a black velvet belt. It does up the back with a YKK zipper. In excellent condition, professionally dry cleaned, and ready to wear.
