This Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche high-waisted mini skirt is most likely from the 1987 S/S collection, as a similar one was worn on that season's runway. It's genuine black leather, with a black acetate satin lining and two front pockets. It does up the back left side with six metal buttons.
Overall the skirt is in good condition; there is wear to the leather around the edges and the original buttons have been replaced. The button at the waist appears to have been moved over by half an inch in order to make it larger. These imperfections have been factored into the price.
