1970s Black Chevron Cotton Fit & Flare Sleeveless Dress

This 1970s Donald Brooks Boutique fit and flare dress is black cotton with semi-sheer chevron stripes. It has spaghetti straps, a V-neckline, a pocket at each side, and a zipper up the back. The top is lined in black chiffon and the skirt is lined in silk organza, giving it structure.

It's possible that the skirt has been hemmed and there is a rayon/acetate lining just at the front of the skirt that has been cut at the sides and bottom. It is also missing its original belt. The dress is otherwise in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
