We believe this Bernard Perris avant-garde cropped top is from the 1990-91 F/W collection, as pleats were a staple on runway that season. It was made in France of pleated iridescent olive green silk taffeta that fastens in a wrap style with a tie at the back. The dramatic stand-up collar has a shape that can be adjusted and played with for different styles. Other features include puff sleeves with long cuffs that fasten with five buttons (an extra button is included) and a black silk organza lining. The top is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
