This 1993-94 F/W Anna Sui evening dress was made in the U.S.A. of unlined cream floral rayon lace and black rayon velvet. This collection was heavily inspired by Anna Sui's flea market finds. She personally tinted the laces and washed/redyed the velvets to give them an antique feel. This particular dress is 1930s inspired, with a basque waist, long bishop sleeves and elastic cuffs. The brown velvet version walked that season's runway. A Talon zipper fastens the left side.
Overall, the dress is in very good condition. There's a 3mm hole on the back of the skirt and a light brown mark on the lace near the right armpit; we've adjusted the price accordingly. It's been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
