1980s Italian Black Cotton Mermaid Dress

This 1980s mermaid dress was made in Italy of a black ribbed cotton body with a black cotton top and skirt. It has a low v-neckline, large shoulder pads, and a chunky zipper fastening the back. The label reads "F", and we weren't able to find more information on this designer. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
