With two notable New York based designers on one label, this versatile white silk dress is a lovely choice for both day or evening wear from the 1970’s. Accented with navy stripes near the rim of the skirt and subtle pleating around the shoulders and cuff, and two shell buttons on each cuff. The skirt is fully lined.
