1970s Red Silk Collared Button-Up Blouse

This late-1970s/early-1980s Chloé by Karl Lagerfeld blouse was made in France of red silk, and originally sold at Saks Fifth Avenue. It has a pointed collar, shell buttons, and inverted pleats down the front and back. A removable neck tie is included. The blouse fastens in the front with five hidden buttons and a button at the neck, and has two buttons on each cuff.
Overall, it's in very good condition - there is one small area on the front where the silk has faded and there are a few small chips on the cuff buttons. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
