This 1980s Chloé long-sleeve blouse was made in France of black silk and originally purchased at Lily Simon. It has a built-in ruffled jabot collar, three shell buttons at the back of the neck and two on each cuff. The blouse is in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
