This 1980s Jean-Louis Scherrer evening bag was made in France from a black velvet front and a black silk satin back and strap. It has a tassel on each side, an interior pocket, and a 44" rope strap. The inside is stamped "JEAN-LOUIS SCHERRER - MADE IN FRANCE" and expands 2.5". It measures 6.5" wide x 8" high. There's some minor wear to the silk satin but it's overall in very good condition.
