This 1980s Nina Ricci Haute Boutique gown was made in France of striped turquoise silk organza and originally purchased at Neiman Marcus. It has a square neckline, short puff sleeves with elastic shoulders and cuffs, and a full skirt with pleating around the waist, which is secured with an interior waist stay. The body is lined in a 43% bemberg/57% rhodia blend. It fastens at the back with a metal Eclair zipper, with six decorative fabric-covered buttons alongside. Included is the original belt, which is sewn to the front and has a bow at the back that fastens with hook-and-eyes.
Overall, it's in good condition with some flaws to note: there is a tiny hole on the left sleeve, a faint watermark near the front hemline, and the silk has lost some of its lustre from being washed. We have adjusted the price to account for these imperfections. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
