This Escada by S.R.B. pleated skirt dates to the early 1980s. It was made in Western Germany from unlined blue floral silk with a rainbow-striped waistband. It does up on the left side of the waistband with two blue round plastic buttons. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
