This 1970s navy blue Roger Chastel evening dress was made in France of hand-finished, demi-couture quality. The body and cuffs are ribbed wool (possibly a blend), and the shoulders and arms are silk chiffon. The body is lined. There are four decorative buttons up the left side and two on each cuff, while it actually fastens at the back with a hand-set metal Eclair zipper. A 23" slit up the left side allows for easy movement. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
