This 1980s purple silk taffeta gown is by Gina Fratini, a favorite of Princess Diana during that era. It features a scoop back, dramatic Juliet sleeves lined in organza to hold their shape, and pointed cuffs that fasten with snaps. It was made in England, with a full lining and a YKK zipper up the back.
There are a few very small brown marks: two on the left sleeve and three on the front of the waistband. They are so discreet that we would still consider the dress to be in excellent condition. Please see the last two photos. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
