This 1978 S/S Bill Blass sleeveless dress was union-made in the USA of pink, blue and brown ombré silk chiffon. It was originally purchased at Capriccio and featured on that season's runway. It has a handkerchief hemline, an interior waist stay, and the original double rope belt. It fastens up the left side with a concealed zipper and ties at the left shoulder. There is some wear to the chiffon under the right strap but it's otherwise in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
