This 1970s Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche blouse was made in France of red silk jacquard with a white confetti print. It slips over the head, with a plunging keyhole neckline that ties shut and bishop sleeves with a button at each cuff. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
