1960s Black Silk Sweetheart Neckline Slip Dress

This 1960s Lancetti Haute Couture slip dress was made in Italy of silk-lined black silk chiffon for the top and unlined thin black silk for the skirt. It was completely sewn by hand, with a sweetheart neckline, spaghetti straps and a 12.25" slit up the left side. It would have originally been designed as an undergarment, but a modern woman could easily wear it as a semi-sheer dress. It fastens up the left side with a metal zipper. The dress is in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
