This 1970s Courrèges blouson dress was made in France of a dark green fabric composed of 42% wool/41% polyester/17% hair that feels similar to terry cloth and is lined in acetate. The dress has 3/4 length sleeves, an elastic waistband, and a pocket on each side. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
