This KL by Karl Lagerfeld backless halter top dates to the late-1980s/early-1990s. It was made in Italy from two layers of viscose chiffon with a novelty hat print. It fastens with three shell buttons at the back and two at the back of the neck. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
