This late-1970s Gucci "Ophidia" crossbody bag was made in Italy from coated canvas with the GG monogram. It features their iconic Supreme stripe on the front with a gold-tone GG and navy leather strapped trim. It snaps closed and has an interior zipper pocket. The body measures 9.5" wide, 7.25" high, and 2" deep. The strap measures 48".
Overall, it's in very good condition. It presents well but has some flaws. The lining's coating has disintegrated, which is to be expected with Gucci bags from this era. There's a crack in the canvas around the opening, which isn't visible while the bag is closed. The leather has worn down on the piping around the top of the Supreme stripe. These imperfections, plus other light general wear, have been heavily factored into the price. Please review the photos.
