This 1980s Louis Féraud short sleeve dress was made in West Germany of a black 70% acetate/30% silk blend with a light beige abstract polka-dot print. It features pintuck detailing on the shoulders, puff sleeves and an elastic waistband. It does up the front with thirteen buttons, and comes with one extra. The top is unlined and the skirt is lined in rayon. It's missing the original belt, but it's otherwise in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
