This 1960s Jacqueline Familiant tunic dress was made in Canada of lined powder blue striped cotton velvet. It fastens in the front with 14 satin-covered buttons and black and gold metallic button loops.
Overall it's in very good condition; there's a small hole in the lining, some discoloration to the buttons, and a light yellow mark on the back. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
