This 1970s snow suit is by Ted Lapidus for his Diffusion Sport line. It was made in France of a cream polyester and viscose blend, with red trim and the "Ted Lapidus" label woven on the left side of the bust. It zips up the front with a YKK zipper, and has a built-in adjustable belt and a pocket on each side. The hood can be unzipped at the back and snapped down to make tall collar. The arms and legs are lined in nylon, and the lining at the ankle cuffs are elasticated to prevent snow from going up the leg. The bodice and hood are lined in a pixelated tree-and-snowflake-patterned cotton. The suit is in very good condition, with only some light marks on the back of the left leg. It is clean and ready to wear.
