This 1989-90 F/W Bernard Perris jacket and waistcoat set was made in France of green and blue silk jacquard with a rayon lining. Both pieces were featured on that season's runway.
The smoking jacket features a quilted velvet rounded lapel and rolled up cuffs. It also has a 9.5" vent up the back, two front pockets, and buttons at the waist. The waist coat has pointed lapels, a back strap, and two front slit pockets. It fastens at the front with "BERNARD PERRIS"-signed metal buttons. The set is in very good condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
