1980s Heart Print Cream Silk Jacquard Tie-Neck Blouse

This 1980s Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche blouse was made in France of heart print cream silk jacquard. It has a built-in necktie, thin shoulder pads, ruching at the yoke and two gold-tone metal buttons on each cuff. The blouse fastens in the front with five shell buttons. There's some wear to the gold on the buttons and we're unsure if they're original. It's otherwise in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
