This early-1970s Louis Féraud dress was made in Germany from what we believe it to be a black rayon blend designed to resemble linen. It has bright pink, green, and blue stripes, a flared skirt, and an acetate lining. It fastens with a zipper at the back and a button at the back of the neck. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
