This late-1970s/early-1980s Jean Halm dress was made in France of striped red silk jacquard with pleated ruffles around the yoke and cuffs. It slips over the wearer's head, with a built-in neck tie and a pocket on each side. The original tie belt is included. It fastens with one button on each cuff and four buttons at the front. The dress is in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
