This 1980s Droopy & Browns Victorian-inspired maxi dress was made in the U.K. of floral print unlined cotton that feels similar to fine flannel. It features leg-of-mutton sleeves with 10.25" cuffs that fasten with 7 fabric-covered buttons. It also has a dramatic ruffle collar and detailing on the top, a 3" wide adjustable belt, and two front pockets. The dress fastens at the back with a concealed zipper. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
