These black suede tiger boots are my personal favourite pair of boots I’ve had in my collection! They were designed by Shoe Biz at I. Magnin circa 1970, though I’ve seen the exact same pair designed by Edouard Jerrold (Jerry Edouard), and a very similar pair can be spotted in Gucci’s current collection. Made in Greece from black suede, with a wood stacked heel, they feature embroidered tigers wrapping around each leg. They lace up to perfectly fit the wearer’s calves. There are a couple of light nicks in the suede, and wear to the soles that can be seen in the photos; overall, they remain in remarkable condition for their age.
