1970s Cream Silk Devoré Top & Skirt Evening Set

This late-1970s/early-1980s evening set is unlabeled but very high quality, made from cream silk metallic devoré. It comes with a blouse, skirt, slip, and belt.

The sleeveless cream silk slip slips over the wearer's head. The long sleeve sheer puff shoulder blouse fastens with 33 silk-covered buttons in the back and a button at each cuff. The long sheer pleated skirt fastens with one button at the waist. The matching belt has cream silk backing and a round rhinestone encrusted buckle. It measures 1.25" wide. One of the rhinestones on the buckle has been replaced, and two of the button loops show some wear, but the set is otherwise in very good condition, professionally dry-cleaned, and ready to wear.
