This Gianfranco Ferré dress dates to the early-to-mid 1980s. Made in Italy of 100% linen, it has navy and dark-grey vertical stripes, a plunge neck (with a white built-in modesty bib), pockets, and an inverted pleat on the back. It is unlined, and slips over the head with no closures. Buttons on the inside neckline suggest that there was possibly a collar or hood that originally came as an attachment. It is in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned, and ready to wear.
