This is a dramatic Yves Saint Laurent blouse from his 1982-1983 F/W Rive Gauche line. Made in France from pewter silk taffeta, it has puff shoulders, ruffles on the cuffs and around the neck, and a rosebud at the front. It slips over-head, doing up with one shell button on the neckline and four buttons on each cuff. In excellent condition and professionally dry-cleaned.
