1990s Black Wool Leather Trim Skirt Suit

This 1990s Genny skirt suit was made in Italy of black wool with acetate/rayon lining. The set consists of a jacket that does up the front with five large round leather buttons and a high-waisted pencil skirt that does up the left side with an Opti zipper and a button at the waistband.
The details are reminiscent of Gianni Versace, who'd been Genny's creative director and head designer before launching his own fashion house. They include scalloped cut-out leather belted cuffs with gold-tone metal buckles and a 6.5" slit up the left side of the skirt. The two front pockets are still sewn shut. It's in very good condition with just one discreet pull on the back left side of the jacket. The suit has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
