This 1970s Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche blouse was made in France of cream silk jacquard with a peony floral print. It has a built-in neck tie and ruching around the yoke. The blouse fastens with five shell buttons in the front and a button at each cuff. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
