This 1980s Victor Costa sleeveless evening gown was made in the USA and originally purchased at Holt Renfrew. The ribbed white faille bustier top has a floral lace overlay. The navy and white polka dot taffeta skirt features a rounded hemline, a slit up the left side, and a oversized ribbon-esque fabric design on the front of the left hip. The fabric content isn't listed but we believe that it's 100% polyester. The dress fastens with a zipper up the left side. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
