1990s Envelope Pocket Black Crepe Mini Skirt Suit

This 1990s Moschino Cheap & Chic skirt suit was made in Italy of black 52% rayon/48% acetate crepe with a 90% acetate/10% rayon blend lining. Both pieces have three-dimensional envelope novelty pockets that can hold light items, but the slits in the bottom flap of the envelopes would allow heavy items to slip out. 

The collared jacket has two envelope flap pockets on the front. It fastens with seven fabric-covered button in the front and three on each cuff. The mini skirt has an envelope back pocket placed asymmetrically on the right hip. It fastens up the left side with a concealed zipper. There’s a small hole in the lining and some very minor wear to the piping on the right side of the collar, but the set is otherwise in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
