1890s Victorian Documented Plaid Wool Fringe Hooded Golf Cape
This 1890s Victorian golf cape is made from an unlined double-faced wool with a green plaid pattern. It features a dramatic pointed hood, fringe trim, and a rounded collar that stands up and buttons. It fastens in the front with three hook-and-eyes. The third photo shows a similar golf cape in H. O'Neill & Co's catalogue. It's in very good condition, with only some minor wear to the fringe. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
