This 1990 F/W Rena Lange pencil skirt was made in W. Germany of quilted black fabric with a gold metallic contrast stitch and heavy gold-plated metal charms sewn throughout. The fabric content isn't listed but it feels to be a silk/rayon blend, and it's fully-lined. Helena Christensen was the model for that season's ad campaign, and the charms were a major theme in that collection. Some of the charms are signed on the back. The skirt fastens at the back with a zipper and button at the waistband. One of the charms has some patina and another appears to be missing the inset, but otherwise the skirt is in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
