Gunn Trigère

1970s does 1930s Peach Silk Two-Piece Lounge Set

Sold Out

This two-piece set was designed by Gunn Trigère, a Swedish jewelry designer who began her own clothing line after marrying Robert Trigère, Pauline Trigère's partner. We believe that it was made in the 1970s but the silk feels older and it's in the style of a 1930s lounge set.

Made of peach silk, it consists of high-waisted palazzo pants and a flowy capelet blouse that can be worn two different ways. The top does up with two silk knotted buttons on each shoulder and the pants fasten with one button and a hook-and-eye. It is completely finished by hand. The pants are lined in pink silk.

It's in good condition with some flaws to note. The silk-covered buttons on the top have some wear. The silk on the pant's button has completely worn off and the silk around the button has been stressed. The silk has split in a few areas around the cuffs. There is a discreet watermark on the front of the pants. The crotch's lining has some minor discoloration, which is completely invisible during wear. Please carefully review the photos; we've factored the condition into the price. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.

Please note that only the top is labeled.
